We agree on a retainer (usually monthly) for a set number of hours or specific deliverables. We integrate into your Slack/Teams and participate in key leadership meetings.
Do you do the work or just advise?
Both. We are “hands-on” executive leadership. We will write the strategy document, but We will also jump into the codebase or ad manager if needed to unblock the team.
